Who needs a ticket?
Children ages 1–12 need a ticket. Infants (0–11 months) need an infant ticket ($15–$18 flat, includes 1 adult). Adults spectating are FREE. Adults playing in the toddler area need an adult ticket ($14.99).
Do I need to make a reservation?
Walk-ins are welcome! However, we recommend purchasing tickets online to guarantee your spot and skip the line.
Are grip socks required?
Yes, grip socks are required for all children playing. You can purchase them on-site or online for $5 per pair, or bring your own Play City grip socks.
What is the age range?
Play City is designed for children ages 0–12 years old. We have dedicated areas for infants and toddlers.
Can I accompany my child?
Absolutely! Adults spectate for free — no ticket needed. If you'd like to play in the toddler area with your little one, an adult ticket ($14.99) is required.
